Proceedings, 1935

We treat this volume as public domain in the United States. Volumes from these years needed a copyright notice, a registration and a renewal to stay protected, and we found no record of any of the three. Our scan shows no copyright notice on the title page or its reverse. We found no registration of the Proceedings in the Catalog of Copyright Entries for 1932–1941 or in the Copyright Office card catalog. We found no renewal for the volume, or for any paper first published in it, in the renewal records we searched.

Limits of this finding: This finding rests on what our searches did and did not turn up. Several searches relied on machine-read text and transcriptions, and the Copyright Office card-catalog index is incomplete. A notice on an unscanned cover or wrapper cannot be ruled out. Material reprinted inside a volume may carry its own rights. If you have information that bears on this volume’s status, write to us through our contact page.
