We treat this volume as public domain in the United States. Volumes from these years needed a copyright notice, a registration and a renewal to stay protected, and we found no record of any of the three. Our scan shows no copyright notice on the title page or its reverse. We found no registration of the Proceedings in the Catalog of Copyright Entries for 1932–1941 or in the Copyright Office card catalog. We found no renewal for the volume, or for any paper first published in it, in the renewal records we searched.
