Ms. Ringuette serves as a top executive to the president of the AFT, the second-largest teachers union in the country. She is critical of school choice, including charter schools. Charters are technically public schools, but enrolling her own child in one was still a choice, and she made it. Why shouldn't every family have that same choice?
